Episode 7 - Quixotic League vs. Crey Corporation

The League received an urgent call that operatives of the Crey Corporation were trying to steal some hardware from a rival lab. But when the Quixotes arrived to investigate, they were caught completely offguard! No matter how hard they tried, the Crey forces just kept pulling one trick after another out of their bag. The final straw was a vicious ambush (pitch invasion start of 2nd half that stunned 7 of mine vs. 3 humans) and allowed the Crey forces to make off with all the stolen hardware (3 to 1 TD lead in T2 2nd half). The Quixotes were angry at this point and decided to indulge their vigilante side for the rest of the mission. Both sides had already used their auto-docs (apoths) on early RIPs, and the League took full advantage of this. Terrance was saved from an ugly crowd push, but Kapow felt the full measure of Mr. Mithril's rage and Crash Jones crumpled under Perfected Weapon's Crippling Axe Kick (foul). The auto-doc saved Prof. Astropath the first time, but could do nothing for him when Iardo the Power Tank took him down a second time.

Crey may have gotten away with their dastardly deeds this time, but they certainly know they've been in a fight with the Quixotic League. Next time we'll send the entire lot of them to the Ziggurat.

Epilogue:
Mr. Mithril upgraded to Unyielding (Block), and Steele Magnolia upgraded her Assault Rifle with a powerful Slug (Mighty Blow).

The team will be without Prof. Astropath for the next mission, and we're still awaiting the return of Dr. EMP. Perhaps they'll both return together.”
