“I nearly blew this game.

Nacxit had a great first half, knocking out my players left and right and playing great defense all the way to the end of the half. I made the mistake of trying a one die block with a player who didn't have block, and wound up nearly paying for it. I had to reroll the block and then make a catch and two go-for-its without another reroll. Silk Spectre came through in the end and wound up making the first touchdown.

Then in the second half, I had a touchdown pretty well in hand, but tried to go for a pass to get a few more spps (trying to skill up for the next major). That was a mistake, as the ball wound up on the ground. Nacxit dodged in, picked up the ball with no problem and passed it in the clear. I managed to knock down the ball carrier and got a very lucky bounce that saw the ball bounce straight out into the center of the field. The pickup and subsequent pass allowed me to walk the ball in on turn 8, but it was definitely touch and go for a moment there.

Great player to play against. I got lucky numerous times, but I'm looking forward to the rematch. Best of luck with the team!”
