“In their first schedule Zlurp Nation League match, the POWtown Rootbeer Company was able to show that they are not afraid to play aggressively. In what might have been expected to be a high-scoring, offensive game, both teams were forced to get incredibly bashy in order to exert control over the ball. The Wood Elves were able to rack up 4 casualties against the Skaven, but gave up 3 of their own in the process. In the end, the soda-loving tree-huggers were able to make the most of a slight strength advantage, and wrest control of the ball away from the Skaven at key points to keep them from scoring.
