“Dirty Coffins won the coin toss and chose to receive. Dreadknights kicked the ball deep and charged into the Necromanitc backfield putting heavy pressure on their ballcarrier, Terrance McKenna. Terrance scrambled from his pursuers and found the Wight, Sleem-Sleem, open for a reception. Sleem-Sleem was surrounded by the Dark Elves and had nowhere to go. He would get knocked out by Elric and the ball was snatched up by Draeke. The Blizter would go all the way for a touchdown midway through the first half.

DC received with some time to put a drive of their own. Sleem-Sleem picked up the ball and ran it up the field. This time he would hold on to the ball himself. The clock worked against them and they had to make a move quick. His team opened up a hole for Sleem to run through and the Wight was up the right side of the field with Terrence leading the break. Sleem would get elbowed to the face by Elric and the ball landed right next to the sidelines. Draeke came over to pick it up but he fumbled it instead landing right next to Terrance. The Ghoul made a heroic play as he dodged away from three Dark Elves, picked up the ball in two tackle zones and dodged away again to go two extra steps for the game tying touchdown just as the half came to a close.

DK received in the second half and they were still shocked at the previous play. DC took advantage of it and hit them with a Blitz! putting pressure on the Dark Elf backfield. Bane picked up the ball and ran up the left side of the field. His teammates kept the opponents away from him and he made it all the way to the other end of the field. He attempted to throw the ball to Emeyin but the Blitzer dropped it. Fortunately DK had already gained control of this half and there was not much threat left on the field. Emeyin would pick up the ball and cross the goal line to complete the victory.
