“Dreadknights won the coin toss and chose to receive. Their opening blocks left plenty to be desired as it ended as abruptly as it began. Philly's Cheesy Steak covered up the Dark Elf forces and surrounded them. Talion had to get the ball out of there as their offensive line collapsed under the Marauder attack. Judas caught the pass sent by Talion and the Blitzer failed to make the easy dodge causing a huge fumble. Dark Elf Renegade, Always Fresh, recovered the ball but he was waylaid by Darkstorn. Draeke would come in and take the Renegade down causing another fumble. Emeyin failed an easy pickup and both teams fought some more. Finally, Talion was able to pick the ball up in a tackle zone and dodge away. One hand off to Draeke and DK would be on the scoreboard. So many assortments of poor play by the Dark Elves in this half and this would be another to add to the list. Draeke dropped the hand off ending all chances of scoring in the first half.

PCS received in the second half and they looked to continue their beatdown of DK. Emeyin made a daring play going around the offensive line to sack the ballcarrier but he badly hurt himself instead. Always Fresh advanced the ball up the left side of the field where Judas met him and brought him down. The ball bounced into a cluster of bodies. Judas chain pushed a Marauder away leaving the door open for Lazarus to make a play. Lazarus dodged in front of a Troll, picked the ball up, and sprinted up the left side of the field. He would go all the way to score stealing victory from the jaws of certain defeat!
