“I didn't feel too good facing these mighty blowing chaotics with just 11 players on my roster :P
On the first kickoff I forget I have a kicker and practically kick the ball right into the hands of a chaos warrior. The chaos quickly form a cage and start progressing towards the endzone. I get the game steered towards one edge of the field which causes the chaos to change direction a bit. My runner makes an awesome play taking five or six blocks before going down, sidestepping around the ballcarrier. This would've given me an opening for a blitz, but instead I had my laugh of the day, when the chaos ballcarrier fouls my runner and gets sent off! I pick the ball up with an ulfwerener and run off. One more beast get's sent off for fouling and I get one CW knocked out. I stall till turn 8 and make it 1-0 for norse.
10 norse vs 8 chaos on the field for 2nd half and I instantly knock out one beast and CAS another. The chaos' armor is like paper this half and I get injuries after injuries easily. With only 4 players on the field for em, I score on my turn 4. On the next kickoff I try to aim my kick a bit too close to my players and they get touchback. It doesn't help em much with only 6 players. I gain control of the ball pretty quickly and score on my turn 8. The chaos draw their first blood on their last turn seriously injuring a lino, but apo saves him.
This game definitely didn't go as I thought it would. The dice just weren't in favor of the chaos warriors and they didn't manage to get enough players out. Cheers for the good spirited ingame chat despite all that :)”
“Well played by you. I got a bit frustrated at not breaking armour (AV 7 is Overpowered). The foul with the ball carrier was silly nonetheless.
Norse are a bit of a bogey team for me. When I play against them I cannot break armour and when I play as them they are usually all in the CAS box by turn 5.
