“Duunarit won the coin toss and chose to receive. Their agile Trollslayer picked up the ball and waited for his team to clear the way of Dark Elves. Dreadknights tried to go around and put pressure on him but the monstrously strong Dwarf, Kevin Strongree, cut them off well. Cory Grottyorc danced in the backfield knocking down a few of the Dark Elves that made it past. Poor deployment by the Wishmaster had no tackling specialists in the right position to make a play on the ball. DK had a hard time dodging away and the Dwarves took advantage sending many off the field. Late in the half, DK was beaten to the ground. The Deathroller was ordered to run over Judas but even a blind Ref could see that one. The zebra quickly intervened, throwing the machine out of the game before it could do more than stun the Dark Elf Blitzer. A bribe was offered but it was refused ending all chances of the Dwarves from an easy walk in score.

Coach Aishah tried to explain himself saying, "I have a better chance of winning without scoring this half because of your KO's." The gamble may have backfired on him as DK fielded nine players to go up against nine Dwarves. It could have been worse and all three KO's gain consciousness then the Dwarves would be down by two players.

DK received in the second half and Lazarus was back to play Quarterback. Duunarit sent no players to put pressure on him and so he calmly surveyed the field. Malikith, was angry after being KO'ed very early in the first half and came out with a vengeance seriously injuring a Trollslayer. D'Angelo followed up and performed the "Choke of Doom" on the other Trollslayer to send that one off the field with his brethren. All of a sudden it was DK with the numbers advantage. It went from bad to worse for the Dwarves when Cory Grottyorc was badly hurt by Emeyin. The defense fell apart quickly after that and Lazarus found the Witch King for a short pass. He ran over and badly hurt a Dwarf that got in his way. Lazarus flanked him and received the hand off for the game winning touchdown.
