“Dreadknights won the coin toss and in their second game in a row they fail during the opening blocks (quad skulls). Malikith was the culprit this time and he was kicked on the head for his failure never to return to the game. Things went to hell really quick for the Dark Elves and Meowing Dwarfs pressed their advantage. Linken had to make a pass early and get the ball moving up the field. Draeke caught the ball and he ran along the left sidelines. He was chased all the way into the end zone but his help came just in time to ward them off. They would score midway through the first half.
MD received with plenty of time to respond against an undermanned team. They progressed up the field and caged deep in Dark Elf territory. Emeyin knocked a corner of the cage open to allow Judas to slip in. The Bull Centaur ballcarrier was knocked down causing a fumble that was caught by a Hobgoblin. All they had to do now was run it in, but the speedy Hobgoblin tripped over trying to get to the goal line keeping DK's lead intact going into the break.
MD received with plenty of time to work in the pouring rain. They grounded and pounded the Dark Elves while their Bull Centaur carried the ball. DK wasn't able to penetrate the line of Chaos Dwarves and they effortlessly moved the ball up the field. More inept blocking from DK reduced their already slim chances of knocking the ball loose to zero. MD score on the last turn resulting in a draw.
