“Yay, underworld! Always nice to play against 'em or any of the rarely played races :).

We win cointoss and decide to kick first. Their troll goes stupid two turns in a row, which gives us a chance to manouver a bit more freely into the vicinity of their ballcarrier. We get him down on our turn 2 and stick a few zons next to the ball. They get it back up despite of that and seriously injure a loner zon. The game becomes a struggle in midfield and doesn't move around much. They get a lot of zon casualties, but a goblin gets sent out for fouling in the process. The first half ends 0-0.

2nd half starts with 5 zons vs 10 underworld players. Doesn't seem too good. I'm forced to make a desperate run for it with a blitzer. They get her down, but the ball scatters favourably and I'm able to pick it up with 4+ next turn and run one square from the endzone. This time my blodge holds and she doesn't fall. I can't score on my turn 5, but they fail to knock the blitzer down for yet another turn and I manage to free her and run to the endzone. What an unexpected TD! They still have 3 turns to score and they use it well. I can't do much to stop em and they score on turn 8. Game ends 2-2.

This turned out to be an exciting game, where coach SvenS dominated the blocking game on 1st half enough to remove a lot of zons. 2nd half luck entered the game with my blitzer staying on her feet despite many blocks thrown on her and still scoring. Thanks for a good game!
