“Hmm... an amazon team. I don't think my team's in good enough a shape to beat em: I haven't a single tackle! At least we both have no reserves, injuries might make this game. Whatever happens, I'm gonna try to get at least some SPP in this one :)

We win cointoss and decide to kick first. The amazon get a linerat KOd on turn 1 and BH my star gutter on turn 2. I'm forced to use apo on him, no way I'll win this one if he's out. We luck out on our turn 4 and get the ball carrier down on a 1d blitz. I get the ball on a gutter and make it possible for them to crowdpush him, hoping for a good scatter (I was a tad desperate at that point :)) I get my lucky scatter as the ball gets thrown in deep into their half of the field. I get a gutter runner up there and pick up the ball. They get a relatively easy blitz on him though and get him down, but the ball bounces next to him and I'm able to pick it up and score on my turn 6. They try to get a catcher into scoring range for turn 8 but I manage to blitz her down and first half ends 1-0 for the rats.

2nd half starts and 1st turn my gutter on ball-picking duty fumbles the ball with a double 1. Next turn we're forced to fall back a bit as the amazon block every hole in their defense and I pass to my ag5 gutter and leave him deep in my half. Turn 3 a gutter breaks free thanks to a failed amazon foul on their last turn and I'm able to pass to him deep in the amazon half out of blitzing range. I stall one turn but am forced to score on my turn 5. That's 2-0 for rats. The ref moves the clock ahead one turn on kickoff (riot) and that kinda removes even the theoretical possibility of the amazon scoring twice as they only have 3 turns left now. Unless there's another riot of course ;) Well, their thrower fumbles the pickup and I run there with my ag5 gutter and pick up the ball. I try a pass to a gutter runner on the endzone on turn 8 but fail the catch. They still have a small chance of scoring on turn 8 but also fail the pass required. Game ends 2-0.

A game full of excitement where both of the skaven TDs required a lot of luck and were those sort of "now or never" kind of plays. The crowdpush on 1st half made the game as it could've gone either way or just plain into midfield. Had the amazon got the ball there I think a tie would've been the best I could've managed here if that. Thanks for the entertaining match!”
