“First half: The Drakenhof Decimators choose to kick; and they then manage to show why they do this, as they hypnotize their way into the back field and fight over the ball deep in the Ungors half. However, they leave their S5 vampire on the sideline, and a chainpush crowd surfs him! He is KO'd.. and doesn't wake up for the rest of the match! Silly Baron.
The Vampires keep fighting for the ball though, and have 2 re-rolls left at the end of the half! Bloodlust is nowhere to be seen! But on turn 8, 5 yards from his own end, Jagish Savage Blade finally retrieves the ball, passes to Borzhar Rageborn, who rushes down the field and hands off to Yorick Vilelightning, and double go for it TOUCHDOWN! 1-0 at the end of the first!
The second half sees the vampires recieve the ball.. the Ungors of Krul get a Blitz! but are not set up to do much with it. The second S5 vampire manages to break deep into Ungors end as hypnotism starts working everywhere! Bloodlust still fails to be seen! But too many Ungors are chasing the vampire, and he scores on turn 3.
The Ungors set up again, this time more prepared for the breaks hypnotize can cause. But it starts to rain! The ball is moved up slowly to the midline; turn 7, a plan is formed to break to the north! But with no re-rolls available, the first block is a skull/double down, which KO's the unlucky Krul'Tor, and no Ungors within 8 of the Vampire End Zone! Vampires turn 8 starts out with a failed dodge; the game is over!
Or is it?
An Ungor goes for it, and places himself to force a chainpush! A second one goes for it again and sets up for the second forced push! A third rookie Ungor blitzes and pushes the Thrall, moving Bledrik the Gor.. INTO SCORING RANGE! Goresnout Badly Hurts the pushed Thrall! Grakhaz Bloodtusk seriously injures the only other Thrall with a Tackle Zone in the way! The coast is Clear! Jagish races up with the ball and..
BLEDRIK THE GOR IS HYPNOTIZED! HE CAN'T RECIEVE THE PASS!
So the last few Gors move, and with 6 rolls (go for its, push blocks, a dodge) show that IF Bledrik had moved first, he would have made all the rolls, Jagish would have passed, and he would have caught it for the winning touchdown!
Damn thee Curse of the Vampires!
And thank you Wolburn! Awesome game! The Doombull looks forward to our Rematch!”
