“We were up against the Guard heavy Spanish Chaos side today. First off after a riot we scored in turn 3, though we didn't really position so well with Rat Ogre again left in trouble. In return Meneos's side caged strongly and took till turn 8 to get their equalizer. Our blitz chances failed on the 5+ dodge.
2nd half we were concerned but produced a nice long kick to chase. The beastman wasn't well protected so in turn 2 our dauntless Gutter Zloos had a 1db blitz chance to change the game! Alas, skull followed skull. Later we had a 2d against chance which came to nothing. Rat Ogre meanwhile was dreadful, mainly wild. Then late on near our endzone after a block we had another 1d blitz chance with a wrestler. No rr this time and alas yet again skull. Following this I thought it was our final chance with a 3d against long shot. But Meneo chose the both down (wrestle!) result. Alas the ball scattered to another beastman. But to finish the game he blitzed away and forgot the game was about to end. Surprising end left it as a draw.”
