We win cointoss and decide to kick first. Our kick lands deep and they leave a lone rotter to deal with it while the rest of the nurgle try to bash away on the norse. We get a NW knocked out on our first turn. We put some pressure on their ballcarrier and get him down on our turn 3. The ball even bounces into the hands of the berserker who made the block. They get me down on their next one, pick the ball up and I knock em down on my next turn, so the game doesn't advance much. This goes on for another turn for both, then I knockout that pesky AG4 rotter once and for all on my turn 5. Finally, after some fine dodging from my side, we steal the ball away and get safely near the endzone on our turn 7. We get the score on turn 8 and it's 1-0 for norse when entering 2nd half.

2nd half starts with 11 norse vs 10 nurgle on the field. The nurgle warrior luckily stayed KO'd. We take them down to 9 on our first turn as we seriously injure a rotter. We quite hazardously try to play the sideline, hoping for some crowdsurfing action. We get no crowdpushes, but manage to squeeze through their defense and kill a pestigor in the process (he regenerated though). We stall till turn 8 and make it 2-0.

The norse performed better on the bash early on, which made the game in first half. Some injuries in the right place and succesful risky moves worked out for us today, and I'm always happy to beat nurgle as they've become sort of a pain in der arsch for me: I usually just don't know how to play against em :D. Maybe I'm starting to learn. Thanks, good game.
