#7 Flash Harry – Dead (RIP) #13 Hans Onteball – Fractured Arm (MNG)
“A great game with a great opponent. The Kansas City Royals were unlucky not to get a win. The playbook of the Sons of Brutus was burnt as an offering to Nuffle as the Sons sung the -2D hymn as loud as they could.
Team Captain Flash Harry left it all on the pitch during the first half, smeared (thinly) across the turf in an effort to make conditions too slippery for old bones.
New Team Captain Hamma Phist will be expected to carry on the tradition if he tries leaving the pitch at turn 3 again.
“One of the most exciting and even games I've played!
Despite my blitz kick-off result, Dunenzed managed a 4-turn TD, courtesy of a swift, skilled catcher corps.
Try as I might, I wasn't able to score in the turns he left me. I took plenty of blocks, though (40+ in the first half), and the humans numbers were starting to get thin.
The kick result in my receiving half looked grim for me: rain! The kick scattered out of bounds, though, so I got a 'free' pickup with my blodge blitz-ra, and carefully made my way down the field, playing for the tie. Dunenzed was having none of it, though, and made some gutsy plays to free the ball. Luckily for me, though, my throw-ra was able to scoop it up and scamper in for a T16 equalizer.
Great fun, and a well played match by my opponent.
Thanks for the match, hope to box with you again soon!”

Excellent fun, and thanks again.”
