“Good fun game, but the Frightening Famps seems haunted by the elven curse of eternal snake eyes.
The necros received, but the Frightening Famps managed to free the ball and Francis FooH (blodge famp) runs toward the endzone, but not far enough as a gang of the necros lead by Ned Flanders (blodge wolf) blitzes him and manages a POW. Next turn however, the only thing needed for FooH to make the TD is a dodge and a pickup. But alas first bloodlust is failed using the reroll, then dodge fails (luckily saved by the dodge skill) and finally the pickup fails. The necros manage to grab the ball and run away with the wolf, dodging a lightning ball on the way. At that time the famps are severely undermanned with one thrall badly hurt and 4 thralls and a famp in the KO box. The necros decide to stall it out, but failed to take account of a blitz from Flad Fracula on the ball carriying wolf KO’ing him. Time for desperate measures as at turn 8 only a zombie is close enough to the endzone but in the other side of the field. The other wolf runs for the ball and throws it across the field to the lone zombie (2x gfi, pickup, long pass, zombie catch). Luckily a babe helps and brings all players back for the second half.
A failed pickup in the backfield gives the necros a chance of swarming the LOS and other Famps. The famps however manages to run in the ball around turn 5. And again the famps break the necro offense and kinda secures the ball. But there is only one possible fampire to make the deciding TD and he was tagged several tackle zones, he dodges easily from the clutches of the enemy but fails the GFI to reach the endzone and the games is called off. ”
