The dwarves blitzed the kick off, but a troll slayer dropped the ball the wrong way for an out of bounds kick. Pantheon took it and drove down the flank with the support of Wolf and Last Man Standing to take the lead mid way through the first half.

A bribe kept the death roller in play, but surprisingly it started the return drive, meaning it would not make an appearance in the 2nd half.

An orc blitz forced a pass and limited caging options for the dwarves. Pantheon sacked the runner with the ball and the 'Saws ran in a touchdown, but not before Orb added to his long list of casualties - the 53rd for the lumbering troll.

Then the game really went sour for Thor's Clan and Coach Zetoc. The T8 kick off saw a large rock kill a dwarf blitzer, the apothecary failing to reverse his fate. Then a double skull block badly hurt one of the skillful dwarf blockers, and all of a sudden it was going to be 11 orcs vs only 9 dwarves in the 2nd half - and Zetoc made a fateful choice.

The concession against a team so often humbled by dwarves lead to nearly every dwarf super star quitting the side in shame - 5 in total. Possibly a Fumbbl record.”
