“With the norse receiving the initial kick off, the 2 TD were scored within the first 4 turns. The pouring rain allowed this special circumstance as the ball was very hard to pick up.
As for the rest of the game we were all unable to score a single more TD with both sides having good chances but neither achieving the goal.”
“"Dramatic" said the coach of the Dramatic Norse after this match.
The opera singers were out of control as the “Silver dart Frogs” had more fans in the stands than them for the first time.
The Norse refused to pick up the ball, unless the crowd would stop making so much noise, so their songs could be heard.
The Frogs used this to their advantage and hopped all over the field to large cheers of the crowd, and scored a quick first touchdown.
Rain started to pour as the kick was made. The crowd went silent, but due to the rain, Oberon still was unable to pick the ball up. Some leaps and a rush later, 2-0 for the Silver Dart Frogs.
For the remaining of the first half, the rain made the pitch unplayable resulting in some frogs failing leaps and the ball even more difficult to pick up for everyone.
The second half was more bashing from both sides resulting in a battle for the ball in front of the sideline, with some frogs being pushed into the friendly audience.
To the surprise of everyone Parsifal picked up a ball for the Norse in the final turns but was denied a goal by great defense from “Ssssher Kahn“.
As the only Norse to pick a ball up during the goal match, he earned his MVP.
Great game by the Frogs! Giving the Dramatic Norse a wakeup call to up there game, if they want to convince new fans that bloodbowl and opera is a “match” made in heaven. ”
