A blitz got us off to a good start, the hit knocking out a hobgoblin. Then the fireball knocked out a bull, and a clawpomb blocker was on the wrong end of a chainsaw foul. That was damage enough although it could have been worse as it kicked back twice on fouls.
When super star bull Carburo seriously injured itself on a tricky dodge as Coach Chainsaw's side easily turned over the chaos dwarf drive, Coach Rafadavila threw on the apothecary in an attempt to salvage the game.
1-0 at half time but the two Pig Sty Alley KOs remained sidelined whereas all the skilled players in the KO box for Metalurgos returned. With the wizard, bribe, and star player gone, it was looking very competitive again for the 2nd half necromantic drive.
That didn't last long as Buddhist Palm hurt the niggled bull and the armour seemed defective for the chaos dwarf blockers who were repeatedly stunned. With little going Rafadavila's way, he could do nothing as his players were systematically targeted and removed from the field or marked out the play. With no turnovers and no bad dice in what was a perfect game for Pig Sty Alley, there was never an opening for the chaos dwarves.
The only mild threat was Carburo, and Buddhist Palm took it down as the zombies swarmed. They took it in turns chomping at the prone freak agile super star before rookie zombie Springir managed to get past its flailing hooves and sink a bite into the jugular, ending its life.”
