In the first half a poorly planned Samurai drive was broken up by the undead. In the second half the Samurai mounted a tenacious defence but luck was just not on their side. On turns 6 and 7 crucial plays misfired; first a 2-D block that only needed a pushback turned up skulls, and then a 3+ dodge with re-roll turned up snake eyes. These two blunders cost Samurai a hard fought draw.
To add insult to injury Iajitsu the blitzer was taken out with a MNG and Samurai were 10k short of the fee to buy a new blitzer. Argh!
On the plus side Bloodbowlerin is a great sport and very chatty - a pleasure to play against.”
