The fans came to see the slann hop around. What they got was a bunch of Dramatic Norse trying to provide the Slann – fans with some great dramatic scenes and the Slann team trying to control the chaos.
After the kickoff, Oberon tried to prove himself king of the elves with a quick touchdown but tripped before reaching a safe spot.
Craig Gordon secured the ball for Sunderpond. But Oberon got straight back to the ball, fumbling the pick-up. From then on, the pitch was chaos with all dramatic norse trying to get their moment of fame spread over the pitch.
Roberto saved the first half and the game was still for grabs after the first half with 0-0 on the scoreboard.
During the intermission the coach of the Dramatic Norse wanted their team to really act their role within the team.
Unfortunately the Norse misinterpreted this and started to play their Opera rolls. This resulted into a decapitation of Roberto (saved by the apo) at the start of the first half.
Without Roberto out, things started to get messy. The ball changed hands almost every turn from then on.
And the Norse Divas continued to bring drama to the pitch
Don Quichote fell from his horse as Malbranque leaped at his face and broke his ankle.
Faust broke his pact with the Devil and was rewarded with death.
The krox Steve bruce kept the norse busy, so they couldn’t keep the pressure on the ball.
By Turn 7 there were only 4 norse left on the pitch and the slann scored the winning touchdown.
Fun match and deserved win for the slann.
