But from the word 'go' it did not rain but pour. He seriously injured my 'jump up' blitzer; -1 AV which makes jump up a whole lot less perfect. At the end of the first half I played with 7 elves vs 11 but could equalise.

In the second half it just continued; I had a mere 4 elves left vs his 11 (!)

These must have impressed him (or even scare!) because he stalled.

I killed one of his players and his apothecary failed so not all was too super for him either. Plus his fan factor went down. Fans disapproving for the stalling? ;-)

All in all a very, very uneven match and I must admit that out of frustration i even started making unnecessary mistakes.

I do not think it mattered. You cannot fight elves when outnumbered 2:1 or worse when Nuffle is not on your side. No way.
