#11 Alfredo Pérez Rubalcaba – Dead (RIP)
Maybe its a good example of where rolling just a few extra unneeded dices can be the difference between victory and defeat, BUT stalling on first half could cost you the entire game. Lots of 3+ on 1D dodging lines to defend BC, pasing and picking the ball after loosing it 3 or 4 times could safe that situation.

That game was based more on dices than on strategy. A couple of cas in first half, a few unnecesary dodges failled to def BC or just some 4+ and 3+ picking ball failled could have chage a lot.

I mean, it was a good game, but i think u toock many unnecesary 1D risks

#6 Eyal Lavin II – Gouged Eye (MNG)
#12 Shayla Robinson – Gouged Eye (MNG)
An exciting game - a fun time of positioning and tactics. It was very nearly the first game we failed to win with this skaven team.

The first half, we struggled - failed catch twice by gutter runners - the second time leaving us in range for a blitz (we RRed catch, but then did not gfi) - so a 3+ dodge, gfi blitz by hobgoblin took us down. We retreated to safety to stall when a snaked gfi used up the last RR and left the ball open again. Again we were on the ground but recovered. However, a naked 3+ dodge by another hobgoblin and yet again the ballcarrier was taken down. However, with no RR, we got the 2d blitz and 2+ pickup to work for the score at T8 for the 1-0 lead.

The second half, we got slaughtered. It was 11 vs 6 on the field very quickly and our defense did not crumble...it was obliterated. Our ballstealer did manage to knock the ball free several times, but did not get anything good on the followup so the CDs had the ball and stood on the goal line.

The best thing to happen was that a block killed the ST 4 hobgoblin...this enraged the CD coach - so while stalling out for the win - he went for the gang foul and left open a thin chance for us. We took the 4+ 3+ dodge and 2 gfis to mark the ball...it was a tiny chance, but if he snaked the blitz by the ballcarrier, it would be a turnover. A simple blitz by the ballcarrier and he scores on anything but 1 1. Instead he gfis with another player to make it a 2d blitz...but this is additional dice and he rolls 1 6 1 1. Enough to score if he just blitzed with the ballcarrier...but not good enough if rolling the extra dice of gfi'ing first. The result was the turnover - and we hold on to our closest victory thus far!

A good example of where rolling just a few extra unneeded dice can be the difference between victory and defeat!
