“Very rewarding match for my team, resulting in five skill rolls, a new catcher and 50k in the bank. I did have a fair bit of luck though, mainly in the shape of one of Oko's players missing his niggle roll, and another one getting SI:d by a thrown rock early on. This left the High Winds fielding eight players rather soon, and even though they dished out a few KO:s over time, needless to say this had them in a tricky spot. I scored twice during both halves, even though I failed once due to bad luck with a 3+ pass with reroll, and almost failed once due to making my biggest mistake during the game, in not seeing my blitzer stepping out of a TZ.
It also started raining toward the end of the game, but this didn't seem to have much of an effect on the skilled elves of either side. My opponent was out of rerolls at the time though, so I suppose it came as more of a deterrent to him. During his very last turn, Oko also SI:d one of my line elves with -ST, and the apotechary couldn't do anything for him. However, with everything else going well and good winnings to boot, I shouldn't complain. Thanks for the game, Oko.”
