Preparing for the Lustrian, Shindahl goes in with the mindset of 'kill thralls! steal the ball! score! repeat!'.
And parts of it go exactly to plan. Thralls and Vampires leave the pitch in DROVES. 9 Casualties caused by Saurus blocks, 2 more (regenerated) by fouls, 7 or 8 KO's (all woken up due to the pair of Babes).
Unfortunately, Tialncal rolls skulls (with a team RR!) not once, not twice, but three times trying to steal the ball. Then he gets banned on his first foul attempt. No stealing there.
Monstrous Patrick Washington, Strength 6 Vampire proves that he can score with the best of them, and carry the ball with little fear of retaliation. The only time he drops the ball, Panhandler, leader for the vamps Thralls, dodges and picks up the ball to promptly score!
Each half sees the Vampires score in turn 6, which is enough time for the long legged Shindahl to get the ball; but in the first half, the vamps manage to stave off the touchdown, so while Shindahl scores to equalize on turn 4 of the second half, and Teszee scores a quick 2 turner on turn 8, there isn't enough time to make full use of the man advantage and win.
Well played Randy_Moss! Loss of Thralls didn't slow you one bit, and you fought for the ball all the way.
And to celebrate our 100th game, this was the bloodiest game Shrieking Bloodstorm has ever played, so, you certainly had lots of losses to try to slow you down!”
