“Dorfs were successfully compacted and stalled out the first half in a relatively bloodless part of the game. Only casualty (or even KO) came for the rats despite the multiple MBs of the dorfs and the POMB/ClawMB of the rats. Slayer Kazzak intercepted what could have been a TD pass at the end of that.

Second half started with some jockeying for position before the rats pulled off a successful switch and screen. By that stage the dorfs had yet to hurt rats, with Flint Churnblade KOing one before being banned. By this stage the dorfs just wanted to inflict pain, and a long kick meant the rats were able to run onto it and score again. A riot increased junk time, and only then the dorfs finally managed to click - breaking armour with every block on their last turn to score two more casualties and tie the casualty amount (denying the rats 2 more SWL DiB points).

Overall, a game where the rats stood tough, and/or the dorfs brought feather dusters instead of knuckle dusters. The Escapist never even had to see the field, and didn't play a single one of the seventeen turns.
