#7 Julian "The Dolphin" Courtland-Smith – Groin Strain (MNG)
The Exsanguinators had a rough first half in the NWFL. Almost every armour break in the first few turns (including an OFAB or two) removed someone from the field, and by about turn 5 I had given up on preventing the score and just tried to cause some damage back. Which did happen: his POMB Wight was fouled into unconsciousness (and would stay there for some time) and my one CAS of the match splooshed a Ghoul. A quick snap and a favourable kick gave the vamps the ball and a clear shot at the end zone to start the 2nd half, and they took it, hoping for a defensive TD. That... almost worked. The Gaze-enabled blitz took down his ball-carrier, and the ball was retrieved. burgun824 had to use his blitz just to get guys over to the vamp with the ball, but I wasted a rr on the next turn to GFI a Thrall beside the end zone in case of Bloodlust, and so didn't have the chance to rr the failed dodge. A skulled block left hope for a turn 8 pass for the win, but apparently 2+ pickup, 3+ pass and 3+ catch with a reroll was too much to ask for, and we had to settle for a draw. And in looking at the replay, I found better lines of play on several of the turns, so a draw feels like justice... horrible, horrible justice. I will console myself with my lack of perms, and look forwards to the next game.

#9 Hershel Dead-Walker – Dead (RIP)
Well the Honey Badgers picked up right where they left off last season; hurting everyone and underachieving despite.

Good game RRD.
