We actually had control of the ball after they recieved in the first half, but that was when skink hunting started; they never failed a dodge all game, unless they had a dodge re-roll available (even if there was a diving tackler near them) which always saved them. 5+ passes across interception zones were no problem.

In the second half, we had a perfectly good shot at a two turn touchdown to give us time to try to tie the game up.. but the skink with the ball failed 7 shadowing attempts in a row (1 in 500 chance), and so failed his 8th dodge attempt to cross the finish line. Sure it was awesome that he passed 7 dodge attempts before that (using up a team re-roll and the dodge re-roll), but passing 7 dodges for a skink is a 'measly' 1 in 20 odds, 25 times more likely than the shadowing.
