Okay...I will try to say this slowly:
The optional rule we use in this league is that Right Stuff prevents tackle from working on blocks or blitzs.
The optional rule has a bug (which I have mentioned last season and this season multiple times) - that if the client would ask you if you want to use dodge - then the optional rule does not work.
You blitzed me with a tackler. 2d blitz with PUSH and PUSH/POW...you picked the PUSH/POW even as I reminded you in chat to take the PUSH.
You knocked down my goblin that was marking the ball and advanced the ball. Since my goblin was knocked down - he could not reach to mark you thrower on the next turn.
Now you have a choice - you have been told about the bug - you have gained an advantage of an extra player that is not marked...what do you do? You use the thrower who is not marked to allow yourself to take an extra 2d block before scoring - which kills my best goblin.
Even if you claim ignorance about the rule - which seems odd since I know you were around for my week 1 game in IRC when it was discussed - and since I again stated it in chat during our game....so even if you claim ignorance about the bug -- you intentionally used the advantage gained by the bug to throw extra blocks which worked for you.
Is that stated simply enough? There is a bug...you benefited by it...even after explained you continue to try to benefit.
If you had just dodged to score - not attempted extra blocks that you would not have been able to throw - then that is a reasonable, chalk it up to a mistake and move on. That is the reasonable response. Your response was to abuse the position you gained.
There are plenty of minor bugs - with vampires in particular...when they happen - both players usually just try to minimize the impact on the game. We run into a bug and you exploit it? I did not get upset until AFTER you took the extra blocks and exploited your advantage gained by the bug. Normally there is no need to call the game to a halt...since most people are reasonable enough to not exploit a bug...now I know better with you. Of course if I had not played I am guessing you would have just timed me out, right?”
