“FCK was a bit concerned about facing the 3 big guys bringing none of their own but at least the inducements was just enough to hire the trusty Zug.

FB started well taking out the only dirty player 1st turn but FCK still chanced a gang foul on the minotaur and it was rewarded nicely with a BH. It did however give FB an easy run to the end zone and focussing a bit too much on blocking the score was forced only in turn 7 where Erik Black walked it in with no trouble.

With a central defense FCK set up for a huge flank and with a quick snap and a central kick things where looking good but in the final moment the catch was failed and the ball whisked away by star elf Eric Black.

2nd half both teams had 2 casualties, FB an extra reserve but missing an important player. Things got exciting real soon when FB blitzed and although the ball was relatively safe FCK got block happy once again scoring a KO but being lucky to not lose the ball the following turn.

But lose it they did, falling victim to some solid work by the FB renegades, a nice sack by ratman Joe Harper and the ever present Black stole the ball. It was time for someone on FCK to take responsibility and no better man than Itay Schlachter, the teams new captain, could have stepped forward, he duly sacked and stunned Black to give some relief.

Still the ball was loose in FCK territory and the game-closer was in the air, gobbo Zero stole the ball and looked to be the man until his feet slipped and Itay secured the ball deep in his own half. He even kept it and then the humans woke, dodged like mad, Zug sent out the Ogre for the match and suddenly the ball was in a decent position just on the FB half but Joe Harper wasn't done yet and dodged in to sack the ball again and running it back over the midway point himself.

Having sent his team onwards Itay was in a reserve position though and easily downed the rat stealing the ball. Finally the FB team had had enough and their last two attempts on the ball fell short even though Black made another praiseworthy run and at last Itay could put in the equaliser crowning his superhuman performance.

As time ran out so did the flying goblin show and the match ended a hard fought draw -cheers to coach Phil78 for an entertaining bout. ”
