We intercepted not 1, not 2, not 3.. not.. 4.. but.. ELEVEN thrown bombs!

Murdak and Maugrim dropped 5 bombs on their own feet, and Murdak tried to eat the first bomb he intercepted and stunned himself. Minotaurs do not a bomb-thrower make.

However, while the whole bloody pitch was busy playing a very successful game of catch with bombs, the BALL was another matter. 8 failed ball rolls, most by an halfling with 4 arms just MADE for picking up the ball.

No one quite knows what this game was; it wasn't really football, and it was surprisingly short on blood given how many fumbled bombs were around (although Bleda managed to badly hurt 3 separate gnomes, including a cannon!, with his massive chainsaw).
