“It started out nice with both team's fans getting the ref. This seemed ok, since 3 of his players were running late, leaving him short of players already. Then I proceeded to kill one lineman in the first turn, but he was saved, and everything looked brilliant. 3 turns later and 3 doubleskulls later, the situation was not as bright. Dirty player on the other team was kicking the hell out of my guys, and after 4 turns he had made 5 casualties.

I scored, and managed to hold him off at the end and first half finished 1-0. I also properly killed a lineman with guard.

Second half he came on strong, hurting my players even without the benefit of DP. There was no stopping 1-1. I put 6 players on the field, and got the touchback. Star captain of the team, Hirkonis, got it and ran all the way for a 2-turn touchdown. My kick-off landed as far back as it could, and some silly elves later, and a failed 2+ to score in the last turn I was the victor.

Sadly, my witch elf was killed by a blitzer, and my thrower fell while dodging and got himself a niggling. Bad.”
