Crazy game played in scorching heat. The vampires scored first, then used the wizard to score again - we failed our pickup in an attempt to 2 turn TD in response - so went to the second half down 0-2. Looked bleak, however, the vampires were down to 6 players...and we used the numbers to our advantage as they had some critical fails in the second half and we raced scored in 2 turns followed by a steal and score 3 turns later - then with the game on the line, we managed a chainpush to 1d pow (after RRing a push) that ST 6 vampire - reclaiming the ball, our skink raced ahead - and scored on T16.
Skink also skilled up again...now he is even faster!”
