We both had pretty good luck throughout the match. Baldurdash started the second half having not actually suffered a single turnover, I think. A few untimely pushes, but nary a skull when I coulda used one. I wasn't far behind in the improbability arms race, either.

First half consisted of a score for the good guys, a score for the bad guys and then a great play on turn 8 (thanks to a blitz against me) by the undead to go up 2-1 at the half.

Second half started with me kicking and getting a fortunate turnover ofter two consecutive failed pickups and a lucky 1 die block on the blodging ghoul. I managed to squeak by and even up the score shortly afterwards.

The return drive was sooo clooose to being turned over but a fantastic play lead to the aforementioned blodging ghoul scoring on turn 7 to win the game. You gotta see it. I had a streak of phenomenally lucky armor rolls that gave me a significant numerical advantage and I was a play away from capitalizing on it but he slipped away.

All said, it was a great match against a mighty fun opponent. One of those games that leaves you stammering yet wanting that rematch...
