“With few reserves on the Cheaters side we thought if we could get to half time reasonably ok we could romp home. Little did we count on the awesome weapons combined with the Ref's enjoyment of them!

We brought Odster the Evil one to have a Saw of our own but he couldn't do enough (ko'd a fanatic and one gobbo took both himself and Odster out!) as the Cheaters Saws and bombs came flying in to send us flying. But biting squigs did take some gobbos out including the fanatics in a great turn 1 and only suffered mainly kos. A good drive meant they scored in 6. Then the problems started as our fools stayed lazily ko'd and much of the Cheaters weaponry stayed on the pitch. We were never close to getting an equalizer in two turns and the returning fanatic was fantastic as he spun through our shocked players.
Second half we were overwhelmed still by the weapons and the squigs were acting dumb or angry at the herders constantly. Some effective gobbo fouls too. The ball was lost by us (not helped by a rock thrown at our ball receiver!) and the pogo scored their 2nd (blodge proving effective). After a riot Big King did make a good effort to get one back when finally the ref sent off more of their players.

But no injuries suffered and Big King did dole out a couple to gobbos in the standout squig performance. And Big King's agility has improved!”
