“Bayshore Bitter Match Report
In their second round matchup, the Bayshore Brawlers managed to scrape through another 2-2 draw with Urgathoa’s Children in what is quickly becoming a fierce rivalry between the two teams. Coach Smegish seems to have the uncanny ability to fire his players up for meetings with the Brawlers, inspiring inspirational efforts across the team. This was obvious from the get-go, with the Children managing to blitz the Brawlers, knock the ball loose with some excellent hole hitting and then slipping free for an early touchdown.

The Brawlers bounced back and grinded their way to a touchdown, on the back of a desperate pass from Whiskeylovin’ to take the game into the break at 1-1. In the second half, some lazy defense from Bald Fergus and another exceptional individual effort saw Torg Nurath knock the ball free and pick it up to score to take a 2-1 lead over the Brawlers. Once again though, the Brawlers were able to grind their way down the field and scrape in for the 2-2 draw.

One thing’s for sure, the Brawlers will want to correct their 0/2/1 record against the Children the next time they meet.

3 – Whiskeylovin’ – If it wasn’t for his pass the Brawlers would have lost the game. Provided a road block.
2 – The Rover – managed to remove a few key players from the pitch to make offense a little easier.
1 – Lucky – took a great catch and ran it in for the score at the end of the first half. Marked the ghouls and wolf well enough.
