“Fumbbl Cup Round 2 (Round 1 was a Bye)

Humans lined up against Orcs in this classic encounter.

First half the Orcs received, but the X-Men managed to get through and snatch the ball. Only briefly though, as the Orcs hit back, knocking the ball into the crowd which threw the ball down field where an Orc blitzer was happy to grab it.

It's hard to say whether this was a good or bad scatter for the Orcs though, as the Blitzer had little backup and was forced to score, allowing plenty of time for the X-Men to attempt to score back, which despite a difficult turn or two, they managed to do for 1-1 at the break.

Second half the X-Men received and still armed with a wizard the odds were in their favour. The Orcs tried what they could to batter the X-Men's lines, but it was not to be, as the humans ran the ball in on turn 16 for 2-1.

There was just enough time for the Orcs to try a desperate attempt with the Goblin, but the kick scattered deep taking their last chance of victory away.
