Another Orc vs Orc game for the Bommaz saw them facing up to a ten player Orc side still recovering from injury. However, one of the ten players was a massive stinkin' Troll! Pushing Snotchewer to his position in the lineout opposite this beast, the Bommaz prepared to kick off.

The initial turns saw the Servant's Blitzer Grendel charging up the Bommaz' right flank, through a hole opened up by the offensive line. Eventually stopped by some retreating Bommaz, Grendel was knocked over, losing possesion to Rottentoof Fistchewer. Some further blocks allowed Rottentoof to take the ball back towards the Servant's endzone, forming a offensive partnership with Bogrot Smashknee who had managed to break through on the opposite flank and rush over to assist. With no Servant's players able to stop the inevitable, Rottentoof ran the ball over the line for the opening touchdown.

The following kickoff saw the ball bounce badly, right onto the Servant's line of scrimmage, between the Troll and Black Orc Silru. A lot of pushing and shoving saw the Servant's retain the ball, but were unable to get a player far enough forward to score before halftime.

The second half saw Rokbollok make a quick break through the opposition. Thrower Longbomma saw this and moved to pass the ball forward, only to fumble trying to throw it. With Servant's players closing in on the now grounded ball, Longbomma focused on picking the ball back up, running forward and handing it to Ripper Greenspleen, who in turn dodged through the enemy lines, only to fail passing the ball a few yards to the now upright Rokbollok. The Servant's reponse was swift, using the extra seconds to get into position around the ball. Unfortunately it was in vain, as with a single blitz, Rokbollok was able to dodge away for the Bommaz' second touchdown.

With the next kickoff, the Servants made a valiant effort to score, smashing a hole through the Bommaz' line to allow Grendel another chance for glory. Yet again however, Nuffle was in an evil mood, causing Grendel to fall trying to gain a few extra yards. In the dying seconds, Rokbollok snatched up the ball and ran it out of reach of the opposing team, leaving the final score at a rather satisfying 2-0 to the Bommaz.

***
A limited side (due to injury), the Servants began with only ten men on the field, against a full, healthy Bommaz team. Due to the difference in ratings the Bommaz also gained the Bribe the Ref and Bad Habits handicaps, although I never made use of the potential twelve-man benefit. A good game none the less, another fun Orc vs Orc match against a good, friendly opponent who didn't whine even though it would've been justified. : ) Bit of a strange luck factor, doesn't really reflect the game. Thanks again Enkeli.
