The Verminata was the only team that showed up to play today. It was obvious in the first half that the Warriors were just not on their 'A' game. Maybe nerves, maybe a bad breakfest, but either way it just wasn't ment to be.
Late in the first half the Warriors made a pivitol mistake, and failed to open a hole for the ball carrier to clear a way for the TD. This was the tipping point in the match, and coach Wolfsbane had to roll the dice (no pun intended) from then on out.
Warriors were not helping their cause with 46 blocks, and no casualties to show for it.
They leave the pitch with their tails tucked between their legs, but at least they are alive to play another day.”
