“What a game!!!
Dwarfs started badly with many skulls and gave the woddies the chance to strip the ball from a Hobgoblin.
After a whole grandslam of pows Dwarfs got the ball back and managed to break through and score.
But in turn8 of first half I managed to score my first 1-Turntouchdown with grab on the Treeman and 2 nice pushes on a ChaosDwarf and a cas on top. STRIKE!!!
Good KO-rolls (4 out off 5) braught 10 Woodies into 2nd half and they could score in 3 turn with an easy 3+ pass and a 2+ Leap.
But than Chaos Dwarfs rumbbled through the field again damaging my Treeman and my 2nd Catcher and scored again.
This led 8 Woodelves on the field again, giving them 3 turns to score for the win but only pushes on the blocks and blitz didn't really open up a breach through the Dwarf-Defens. So only a single Wardancer was in scoring-position who was easily blocked down with a CD-Blocker.
In 7th turn my AG5 Catcher leaped in scoringrange and catched the ball too far away for any Dwarf-Blocker. My Wardancer survived another 3+Leap and smashed the only Hobgobling in Blitzingrange. But there was still a Bull in range who reached the Elven-Catcher with a single gfi blocking the way. And while I was hoping for another 2+ leap for he win the second BC (AG3) managed to dodge out of Tacklezone and blitzed my Catcher with a Reroll he got 6 Dices - enough for a pow. That was the nearby end and so it all ended with a 2:2 .
But what an entertaining game.
