“Kondor thanked Coach GronxWild for the match. He coached his squad valiently, but some days you just can't catch a break. I don't know if I have ever seen such a crazy dicing. With out a doubt, you will win our next match up.

The nurgle squad was in the midst of a 4 game losing streak and Coach Kondor was in a foul mood. After berating the squad for not just loosing, but allowning several opponents in a row to live, they took the field.

In fact, they received the first half kick off and immediately went to work. Arktoris put a loner beast on the bench and Calcium blitzed the rookie minotaur. He went down, and despite a solide effort piling on, his armor held. Everyone else found proper positioning for the Apostios' counter attack.

A blitz by the most skilled Apostios chaos warrior yielded pushes so he rerolled and a pair of snakes appeared.

From here on out, things would get ugly. A few savage blocks stunned some players, but then Calcium looked at the Dirty Playing Sneaky Git of a beastman standing next to him. The blitz took the beast off his feet, and the boddy slam that followed crushed his wind pipe. Before they could even cart the corpse off the field, it was rising and headed for the Nurgle bench. Hopefully, Billy Fasthawk will live long enough as a rotter to become a dirty player.

Next was the beast man Samsara Grotty Spike he was not quite quick enough on his feet. He tried to jump up but was planted just as Billy. He too joined the ranks of the rotters.

Elsewhere on the pitch, Gronx was doing his best to coach an uphill battle. Time and again, he blitzed and brought down the ball carrier, only to roll snakes on the pick up or have it taken back before he could do anything with it. All the while, his numbers dwindled.

After a score by Shadow, the second half began. It was nearly identical to the first. The Apositos continued rolling poorly, and the nurgle squad kept knocking them off the pitch. Eventually, Shadow would get a second score, but not before Manbush got his first kill of his career by planting the blodging Robert Hardbrook.

At last, mercifully, the game came to an end. As the nurgle squad shambled to the locker room, Kondor shook his head. Certainly, he would be on the receiving end of this kind of game soon enough.”
