“Somebody painted extra skulls on the dice!

My turns 4 to 7 in the 1st half, when at the time it was looking comfortable with both bulls and the minotaur out, my dice happened as so:

double skulls, loner reroll (4), rerolled to skull / both-down (turnover)
double skulls, rerolled to double skulls
both-downs, rerolled to double skulls
jump up (3+) failed (2), then skull / both-down (no rerolls, turnover)

There were no other dice rolls inbetween (although there were other dice in T4), just pure fail. Fun times. :)

Despite this, my T8 I had the opportunity to score, as a few dice rolls actually didn't incur a turnover, but the useless thrower dropped the pick up (2,2).

Still, I had a wizard, albeit just 9 players to defend the next drive against 11. Perfect defense, and I opted for aggression, and it paid dividends when the ball carrying hobgoblin snaked a go for it.

Now with 8 orcs, the wizard really helped retain the lead until the whistle as the remaining skulls seemed to come the way of MrOdd.
