“The stadium was filled near to capacity today as the unrelenting dwarves set up to face a ferocious rat team. The dwarves came out swinging right from the bat and the rats just seemed to have lady luck walk out on them before the match began. 6 injuries were reported on the rat team versus 0 dwarves. Wes Drakebane was responsible for 2 of the casualties himself. "It's always good to get a good hit (on an opponent). But causing a death to an opponent is never a good feeling" Drakebane told our field reporter regarding his on-field killing of Koppla. Koppla was hit hard by the dwarf and died instantly from his wounds. Bruenor Battlehammer had two casualties to his name as well, including a TD. The star of the game may have been Frarl Lockender with a little bit of everything, 1 casualty, 2 TDs, and even a pass thrown in there for good measure. After a decisive victory the game ball was given to rookie Molun Blockender for a great game played on his first ever match.
