A late TD to end the first half gave us great hope in receiving. Those hopes were dashed when a Pitch Invasion disabled half our players. We scrambled to secure the ball, but were beset by Dragonchimps (such beasts as I had never known existed!). We tried a handoff to our thrower for a pass deep into undefended DE territory, but alas, Garter Snakes*!
The dark elves went on to secure the ball amid a scrum, then score twice to put the game well and truly out of reach.
