“Prez had seen my blog post asking to set up Goblin and Underworld matches for this team, and obliged. Unfortunately the dice got in the way of the match being enjoyable. His first turn ended on a 3d block for Both Down/Skull/Both Down, and his second when a 1d block turned up Skull reroll Skull. Meanwhile I racked up 4-5 CAS before finally deigning to KO one of his guys, including several perms. Prez's play and mine (good and occasionally boneheaded, respectively) made the game closer than it should have been, but Disturbing Presence and a lack of 6s shut down his attempts to tie the game via TTM. Thanks for the game, and I hope to play you again sometime, with luck less of a factor.”
