But all in all, it was a very entertaining game. My kicker got niggled when the darn rat ogre frenzy sideline pushed him, and the crowd did its work before I could get my medic close. But still, it was a very back and forth type of game. He scored in two turns; I scored in two. 1-1 after 3 turns. He scored in two; I scored in two. 2-2 after 6 turns. He scored in two; I ran out of halftime. 3-2 at the half.

Took the 2nd half kickoff, made it 3-3 after 3 turns this time. He made it 4-3 two turns later; I had a chance at making it 4-4 in turn 7, but that blasted gfi failure left the ball lying there for him to pickup and pass forward to his gutter runners, whose speed I couldn't hope to match. He scored on turn 8, ending the game in our defeat. To his credit, my opponent never took fouls despite his fans getting the ref; he never stalled on the endzone line to kill the clock. We were having too much fun going back and forth, conceiving strategies and, up til my gfi, carrying them out to near perfection.

Will definitely demand a rematch at some point. Will also query the admins about why your rat ogre can blitz rolling a 2 on his wild animal roll, while my own skaven rat ogre stands and roars when rolling a 3...”
