“Black Box Brawl LXIV Round 2.

This is probably the biggest bashing my woodies have ever completed on a team.


My plan going into this game was to try and stay away from the CDB's while bashing the hobgoblins. With the inducements I was expecting a close match. However, nothing is certain in bloodbowl and my woodies turned into clawpombers and went all in bashy.

I gave him the kickoff. He saw his bribe turn out worthless in his first turn as he got banned. My tree took root so it was 10 on 10. In turn 2 I went all bashy and killed his bull. During the same turn I killed his AV8 skilled up CDB. This left him with one bull, and 2 skilled CDB's. I continued to take only stuns. For the next 3 turns I tracked down his bull ball carrier and finally forced him to score in turn 6 leaving the elves 4 turns to answer. I got the ball back up 2 players. In turn 7 my tree smashed a hob's leg. But my star dropped the ball ending my turn. He tried to put some pressure on the ball but my AG5 superstar picked up the ball and ran in for a TD. 1-1 half.

I took the kick still up 2 players. In turn 2 my catcher earned his second cas smashing a rookie CDB's knee. Jundru chose a good time to use his wizard and picked up the ball with his bull. I was lucky and on his foul he did not stun my wardancer and also got banned. I tackled his bull and recovered the ball. Next turn my other catcher killed his kicker. At this point he gave up. I earned some SPP for my wardancer who ended up post game earning Piling On. Now I have 3 of the bashiest Wood Elf players in the box.

Sorry for the one-sided game. Woodies turning all bashy really makes for a table turn on the CD's.”
