Great defense - I was focused at this point - and all of a sudden I was in control. Just a blitz on the ball and... snakes. Easy 0-1.
OK, my drive. Perfect defense wasn't terrible, but the blocking was. Amazingly, the ST5 bull popped up with the ball and broke clear. A lone zon took it down. After a snaked break tackle dodge to assist the blitz on the ball put me in trouble, Tommy's team made its move down the side. The minotaur got involved, and a block on it hit skulls - and it finally looked like the tables had turned with all his rerolls gone.
Finally some damage, a zon hurt on a surf, then 1 killed on a dodge. The bull broke clear again but with no go for its, which would have put it totally clear. A side stepping zon gets back to mark it, and the blitz hits skull/both-down, and the other bull fails to pick up the ball to equalize.
The frustrating thing is despite the really poor dice (multiple snakes, 60 blocks and 0 casualties against av7) the most costly thing was likely my own mistake of not those go for its with the bull. Frustration had set in, focus was lost, even though it looked like things had turned around.
Good game? Yes and no. A good challenge against a good coach tempered by frustration at key turnovers too-frequently incurred. I was unlucky. At a bare minimum, overtime was merited.”
“A game to remember thanks to Nuffle kindness to girls.
I did make two-three mistakes and a draw would have been more than fair, but overall I won the game due to my brilliant injury rolls. A misely 5 spp for the whole game for Chainsaw was terrible result and I hope Nuffle treats us both equally good next time!”

I had a shocker.
