Today I played Carlo's Newscasters for the second time, somewhat better prepared for what I would face. Zharg Madeye performed admirably on turn 1, using up 10 of Carlo's block dice before meeting the turf and getting fouled to death.

A lot of bash and foul back and forth kept the dwarves continually just up in numbers. An early MNG on a mummy, a BH on a clawpomb dorf (apo), and a late RIP on a 3x double skeleton were the game's highlights.

Second half both teams were reduced from 16 to 11 players, and the bash continued.

Given Carlo's... prioritization, rookie bull chicken had an easy time scoring 2 TDs, greatly helping his carreer.”
