Still, if I hadn't rolled a few too many double ones the score might have been more even.Luck was up pretty high for both players, but i had a few very strategic mishaps. My only possibility was to unfailingly score with my one-turner and hope for a very unlikely turnover to get ahead. So when the first TD attempt in my first turn resulted in a gfi double one to stun, things we're already looking down. A few more attempts at one-turn TDs failed and then the numbers just ran away. I've never played such a large TR/TS diff b4, but it was still fun.
I wish Casper the best of luck in the rest of the tournament. This is probably one of my last games in a while. I have a few loose ends to take care of, but then I'm taking a break from FUMBBL. I'll be back though. Maybe later this summer. ”
“First game in the fumbbl KO qualifier. Quite an uneven matchup with me having a shocking 54 more TS.
Utopia had a one-turner though, which was hard to stop. Fortunately for me a double one the first turn prevented Utopia from taking the lead, and I could score instead. After that I could stay ahead the rest of the game.
Thanks for the game borderline, I will await your return to fumbbl so I can kick your butt once again ;)”
