“We knew this match was going to be a loss, so going into it with an open mind as how to lessen the loss as much as we could, we tossed around the idea of spending the inducement money on a star player. But, a star player with a weapon is only as good as the amount of time between the kick-off and your opponent scoring. This is BillBrasky we're talking about. He was going to score quickly, no matter what. Besides, he just would have dodged away from the rat with the ball and chain anyway. So, we took the wizard, knowing that a wizard would at least reduce one touchdown from your opponent, if used properly. So, at the opportune moment we called up the wizard and sent a fireball hurling in, knocking down all of the defenders surrounding the ball carrier, but no the ball carrier himself. When the blitz attempt to knock the ball loose came up with only a "pushed back", I knew that the chance had been wasted, and that the first half would end with these rats trailing 1-0. My only hope was to stall for the entire second have to squeak out a tie. Once again, folks, it's BillBrasky, and stalling is something he would never allow. Went for a TD attempt, rats failed dodges, and the rest of the house of cards fell apart. That's blood bowl for you.

Still, it was a fun match, against a coach who really knows what he's doing out there. See you in the season.
